Damn. Can't believe I missed her. I recognize that design from the Valkyria Chronicles art book. It was one of Selvaria's early designs.

That's exactly right!!! SpiffZaya was telling how it was a concept art but never actually made it into the game. I haven't personally seen the art, but the amount of detail in the costume is superb. Sorry you missed it.
